My Testimonials

This page is dedicated to all those human beings who have made and will continue to make me immortal - my students! Yes, you immortalise me by keeping just a little bit of what I transfer to you inside your heart, intellect, mind and soul. One day, unknowingly, you will transfer a fraction of what you learnt from me to your children and they, to their children ... This transfer will carry on eternally. Indeed, its volume will decrease exponentially but it will never die (that can be mathematically proved!). So ... thanks to all of you.

Hello sir! Actually I didn't recognize the importance of your website. Well, I've been visiting Cueboy's Den when I was in Form 3 - 14 yrs old and was mainly impressed by your JavaScript intro and also your JavaScript skills and tutorials. Last year I had downloaded your website (Maths section) completely and this year I've joined UoM doing Computer Science and Engineering. It really sucks there since no real support from lecturers and especially I'm weak @ solving Maths prob.

A week ago, I remembered that last year I had downloaded your Maths section completely. Guess what? Your notes are amazing and outstanding, especially the chapters entitled Matrix, Statistics and Series. Your PDF notes, exam papers, tutorials and solutions were of great help. This is to be highly applauded :)

As an outsider (non-DCDM student), I fully acknowledge your work as being appreciative, helpful and interesting...

I'm happy that you are my teacher. I enjoy each lesson you teach. As a role model, you inspire me to dream, to work and to reach...

With your kindness, you get my attention. Everyday, you are planting a seed of curiosity and motivation to grow, to know and to succeed...

You help me fulfil my potential; I'm thankful for all that you've done. I admire you each day and I just want to say:
As a teacher, you're NUMBER ONE!!!

I would like to thank you heartily for having given us so much of care... and, indeed, I must admit that you've been the best lecturer I've been working with...

With a special gift for learning
And with a heart that deeply cares,
You add a lot of love
To everything you share,
And even though
You mean a lot,
You'll never know how much,
For you helped
To change the world
Through every life you touched.

You sparked the creativity
In the students whom you taught,
And helped them strive for goals
That could not be bought,
You are such a special teacher
That no words can truly tell
How ever much you're valued
For the work you do so well.

I'm actually writing this to say a BIG thank you to you. Thanks for everything, everything and just everything. You've been a nice teacher and have helped us a lot especially those who were weak in Maths.

Your website, as well, was a big help to us. I'm very sad to hear that you won't be lecturing us for Business Statistics but I know you will be here for us if we need any kind of help. So, once again, thank you very much for being an excellent teacher.

Firstly, during Dhaneesh's presentation, it was clear to me that you are really a genius... I mean, when you told Dan to erase the 4 before y and put a 1 instead... Finally, it was a case of no solution... This proves that you know everything concerning Maths.. Anyway, it was more than an honor to work with you during this semester... Students from last semester told me that you are really somebody strict and it is impossible to crack any jokes in your class... But I'm a witness, that you are completely different from what they told me.. And I'll be glad to get you as lecturer in the future...

According to me you're the exception to the rule... What I mean is that you can be a genius but a very poor lecturer... But you're both a genius and you also have the talent to simplify problems to make it easier for us to understand... Maybe you did not get the Nobel Prize but the students of FM042 of this semester all agree with the fact that you deserve it more than anybody else...

So THANK YOU VERY MUCH...
